Terms & Conditions

1. Reservation and Rental Agreement
By making a reservation and/or renting a car from Royal Car Rental, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

 

2. Driver Eligibility
The renter and any additional drivers must be at least 23 years old, possess a valid driver's license for at least 2year(s), and meet other eligibility requirements as per local laws.
 

3. Payment
Payment for the rental must be made in advance via credit card or other approved payment methods. Additional charges such as taxes, fees, and optional services will apply.
 

4. Security Deposit
A security deposit will be collected at the time of rental to cover any incidental charges, damages, or violations incurred during the rental period. The deposit will be refunded upon return of the vehicle in satisfactory condition.
 

5. Vehicle Use
The rented vehicle may only be used for lawful purposes and must not be driven by unauthorized persons. It must not be used for activities such as racing, towing, or off-roading unless explicitly permitted.
 

6. Insurance
The rental vehicle comes with basic insurance coverage. Additional insurance options are available for purchase to provide added protection against liability, collision, theft, and other risks.
 

7. Condition of Vehicle
The renter agrees to return the vehicle in the same condition as it was received, excluding normal wear and tear. Any damages or excessive cleaning required will be charged to the renter.
 

8. Fuel Policy
The vehicle will be provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. Failure to do so will result in refueling charges at the prevailing rates.
 

9. Late Returns
A grace period of 60 minutes will be provided for late returns. Beyond this period, additional charges may apply. Please inform Royal Car Rental immediately if you anticipate being late.
 

10. Cancellations and Modifications
Cancellations and modifications to reservations must be made within the specified timeframe to avoid penalties. Fees may apply for late cancellations or changes.
 

11. Limitation of Liability
Royal Car Rental is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of the rental vehicle, except as required by law. The renter assumes all risks associated with the rental.
 

12. Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of Albania, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Albania.
